December 17-Liverpool star Jamie Carragher attacked FIFA on Twitter, calling on European clubs to boycott the New World Club Cup.
FIFA President Invantino confirmed that the restructured Club World Cup will be played by 32 teams and will begin in 2025.
Carragher said: “like hosting the World Cup every two years, this is another absurd idea of Invantino.” Players need to rest, now organizations use players like cattle, FIFA hates the Champions League and they want to have a similar match on their own. ”
