Italian media: Milan has no intention of selling Leo in winter window, and is prepared to raise the contract offer to 7 million euros + bonus

According to the Market Network, Milan have no intention of selling Leo in the winter window and are ready to raise the contract offer for Leo.
It is reported that Milan are going all out to seek a contract extension for Leo, who firmly believe that Leo will stay at Milan and are ready to raise the contract offer for Leo to 7 million euros a year plus bonus. It would be a generous and attractive offer that would have met Leo’s previous offer, but Premiership teams such as Chelsea and Manchester City are now interested in signing Leo, which could further increase Leo’s annual salary demands.
Milan want to keep Leo in the squad. With the Champions League to play in the second half of the season, Milan do not want to weaken themselves, so they have no intention of selling Leo in the winter window, even if the offer may be as high as 120 million euros. Milan will use the next few months to renew their contract with Leo, otherwise Milan will consider selling Leo next June.
As for the 19.5 million euro dispute between Leo and Sport Portugal, Milan are willing to give the money to Leo and pay taxes in the form of a bonus, but Milan also want to add a clause to recover the money if Leo leaves the team. However, Milan have not yet arranged another meeting with Leo’s agent.
