Japanese media: Mori Baoichi renewed his contract with the Japanese Football Association, aiming for the World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico four years later.

December 25-according to Yahoo Japan, Mori Baoichi has accepted the contract extension offered by the Japanese Football Association.
Mori Baoichi, who led Japan into the last 16 of the World Cup in Qatar, will continue as head coach of the Japanese national team, aiming for the 2026 World Cup in four years’ time.
The Japanese Football Association and Mori Baoichi reached a formal agreement on the 24th and is expected to renew his contract by the end of this year.
