Milan: Bennasser is close to renewing his contract with AC Milan, raising his annual salary to 4 million euros.

On December 19th, La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that AC Milan are close to negotiating a contract extension with Benasser, who will be offered a new contract with an annual salary of 4 million euros.
AC Milan will return to Milan after finishing their training camp in Dubai. The Rossoneri have been in talks with Benasser to renew his contract and the Algerian midfielder’s contract expires at the end of next season. Prior to this, Benasser changed his agent and hired Enzo Raiola as his new agent, which made him widely believed to be leaving Milan and moving to the Premier League.
However, as things stand, Benasser is expected to renew his contract with Milan and increase his salary to 4 million euros from the current 1.5 million euros.
