Nat Phillips: Manchester City are a strong opponent and it’s frustrating to concede a goal on set-pieces.

December 23-Liverpool lost 2-3 to Manchester City in the Carling Cup 1amp 8 final. Defender Nat Phillips, who played for Liverpool after the game, was interviewed.
Phillips said: “the defeat is frustrating because we want to do better in the game.” We hope to get good results in every game, but the fact is that we have already lost this game. Our attention has to turn to the next game, which is the Premier League. We will bounce the dust off our bodies and focus on this area. ”
“it was a fierce game and it was very open and crazy. Both teams think they can win. It was frustrating not to win, we did enough in the game, but it was easy to move in the other direction. We have a lot to review and improve, but Manchester City are a strong opponent and it is a difficult game. The opponents scored goals and of course I think we can do better defensively, especially in set-pieces. Conceding a goal on a set-piece is always frustrating and I would like to review the replay of that goal. ”
