Xie Zhiguang, Wang Yajun, Zhang Xiuyu and Cai Guanghui are prohibited from engaging in any activities related to football under the management of the Chinese Football Association.
Li Zifei, Chen Weihua and others are prohibited from engaging in any football-related activities under the management of the Chinese Football Association for life, and their coaches’ qualifications are cancelled.
Among them, Xie Zhiguang, chairman of the Guangzhou Football Association and former director of the Guangzhou Football Management Center, was given a two-year probation by the Central Commission for discipline Inspection, reduced retirement benefits, determined retirement benefits in accordance with the ten-level staff of management posts in public institutions, and was removed from his post as chairman of the Guangzhou Football Association in accordance with the procedure.
