Porter: the club has given me a lot of support. So far, the team has not played its best.

At 1:30 on December 28th, Chelsea will face Bournemouth at home. Chelsea boss Michael Porter gave an interview to the Independent today about the club’s support for him.
Chelsea suffered a three-game losing streak in the league before the World Cup. Porter said: “I’d rather go on vacation with a few victories because I could have been better with my poor wife.” When I stared at the Pacific Ocean, she was thinking about our good times and I was thinking about Chelsea. Fortunately, she’s been with me for a long time, and she knows what’s going on, and then you have to take advantage of the pain, confusion and disappointment you’ve been through in the past few weeks and say,’OK, how can we move on?’ Keep a distance, give yourself some time, and a different perspective, and then you can start to integrate the players, learn from past experiences, and say,’We need to point the way.'”
“I have received a lot of support and I am looking forward to the coming weeks, months and years. We are aware of the current situation and challenges, and this is where we are now. I was even more confident and realized that I had more support than I had three months ago. That means something, too. They gave me trust and support, plus the way they communicate with me, which is great. We all know the pressure and demands of the club, and there are a lot of people who can tell the difference between the situation and say, ‘this is our situation, how can we improve?’ ”
“what I can say is that in the past, the winter window is not easy to help the team solve problems, from my point of view, there will be a more extreme period, I will not make too many stress assessments based on this extreme period. I don’t think the team has done its best as I had hoped. The manager’s job is to focus on making the players play better. There is no doubt that the team still has room for improvement. ”
