Romano: Chelsea is in direct talks with Benfica about the transfer of Enzo and the player has agreed to join

According to Italian journalist Romano, Chelsea are discussing the transfer of Enzo Fernandez directly with Benfica and the players have agreed to join the Blues.
Romano pointed out that Chelsea are in direct talks with Benfica to sign 21-year-old Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernandez, who has agreed to join the Blues. Chelsea are willing to offer a huge transfer fee, but it is not a direct one-time activation of the termination clause, while Benfica has been asking the buyer’s club to pay a full 120 million euro termination fee.
So far, Liverpool and Manchester United have not made an offer for Enzo Fernandez.
