Romano: Chelsea will sign 18-year-old Brazilian midfielder Santos for a basic transfer fee of 12.5 million euros

According to Italian journalist Romano, Chelsea will sign Da Gama 18-year-old midfielder Santos for a transfer fee of 12.5 million euros.
Romano points out that Chelsea are preparing an agreement between the club and a contract with the players to sign Brazilian midfielder Santos from da Gama. Santos’s basic transfer fee is 12.5 million euros, plus the total floating fee will not exceed 20 million euros.
Santos has scored eight goals in 33 Serie B games for Da Gama this season.
