The Times: the Premier League is pushing for referees to explain some of the reasons for the decision in the future.

According to the Times on December 24, as part of improving the transparency of decisions, the Premier League will have an opportunity for referees to explain their decisions in the future.
The idea was put forward by sentry Howard Weber, who has returned to the Premier League after six years at the MLS, where he works for referees and is keen to implement measures that have worked in the United States, including allowing referees to explain controversial decisions to the media.
According to the Times, the arrangement will focus on particularly controversial decisions and allow dialogue between referees and VAR officials to be announced, and judges will also answer questions about how they made their decisions.
