Italian sky: if Rome can sign Flatesi, Mourinho will change the formation of 4321

According to Sky Sports Italia, Jose Mourinho hopes Roma will sign Flatesi and consider changing 4321 to give full play to the characteristics of the players.
Roma boss Jose Mourinho wants the club to strengthen the midfield in the winter and sees Flatesi as the preferred target for signings. The 23-year-old Flataci, from the Roma youth team, currently plays for Sasolo and has been selected for the Italian national team. Rome had hoped to sign Flatesi this summer, but negotiations were unsuccessful at the time.
Sky Sports Italia has revealed that Roma are ready to buy Flatesi again in the winter transfer window and are willing to add two young players, Bovi and Walpato, to the transfer negotiations. Flatesi himself is also happy to return to Rome. Mourinho also regards Flatesi as an important player and is even willing to change Roma into a 4321 formation in order to give full play to his characteristics.
Roma have previously played at three full-backs, but they have tried a four-back formation in this week’s warm-up match against Valvik. Sky Sports Italia believes that if Flatesi joins Roma, he can form three midfielders with Matic and Venaldom, who is back from injury. His active running and attacking on the pitch is exactly what Rome’s current midfield lacks.
Sky Sports Italy predicts that Rome will change in 4321:
Patricio / Celik, Smalling, Ibanes, Spinazola / Vlataci, Matic, Venaldoom / Pellegrini, Dibala / Abraham
