Keane said: “Playing for a big club like Manchester United, the other thing Anthony needs to learn is to work harder without the ball. He needs to help his teammates more and he will do that.”

Former Nottingham Forest defender Dawson said of Anthony: “You could say it’s his first year in the Premier League. You look at Rashford, when Ten Hag came in, how he started the season.
It’s back to normal.”

“I think he’s been doing really well and Anthony looks at him and thinks ‘I have to be at Rashford’s level.’ He needs to bring more goals.”
