The FA’s specific notification reads: “Arsenal Club has been fined £40,000 for breaching FA Rule E20.1 in the Premier League match against Newcastle United on Tuesday 3 January 2023. Arsenal
The club admitted that it failed to ensure the orderly conduct of its players in an effective manner in the 95th minute of the game. At a subsequent hearing, an independent management committee issued a penalty against the club.”

Against Newcastle at home, Arsenal drew 0-0 with their opponents.
In the 95th minute, Xhaka broke into the penalty area and made a pass. The ball hit the arm of Newcastle player Jacob Murphy, but the referee did not award the Gunners a penalty, which made the Arsenal players very excited.
