Official: Eagle Football of the United States officially completes its acquisition of Ligue 1 club Lyon

December 21-official news, the United States Eagle Football officially completed the acquisition of Ligue 1 club Lyon.
Eagle Football, held by wealthy US businessman John Textor, officially completed the acquisition, buying 39.2 million shares of OL Group, the parent company of Lyon, and holding 77.49 per cent of its original shares.
At the same time, the new shareholders will increase the capital of Lyon by 86 million euros for the construction of the club.
