Official: Lindelof was named the best Swedish defender in 2022

December 25-according to the Swedish Football Association, Manchester United centre-back Lindelof has been named Sweden’s best defender of the year.
Lindelof, 28, has made 12 appearances for Manchester United so far this season. He is currently captain of Sweden and has made 56 appearances for the national team.
