FIFA announced that the draw ceremony for the Club World Cup will be held tomorrow at 19:00 at the Mohamed VI Football Academy in Rabat, the capital of Morocco. Nouredine Nebett, the record holder for the Moroccan national team, will serve as the draw assistant.
The 2022 Club World Cup will be held in Morocco from February 1st to 11th.
The teams currently confirmed to participate in the 2022 Club World Cup include: Europe represents Spain’s Real Madrid, South America represents Brazil’s Flamengo, Central and North America represents the Seattle Sounders of the United States, Africa represents Morocco’s Vidade team, and Oceania represents New Zealand’s Auckland City
Team.
In addition, since the 2022 Club World Cup will be completed before the end of the 2022 AFC Champions League, the AFC recommends the 2021 AFC Champions Saudi team Riyadh Crescent to represent Asia.
Since the host, Morocco, is also the champion of the African Champions League on behalf of Vindade, the Cairo Nationals, the runner-up of the African Champions League, will take part in the Club World Cup.
