Chelsea have agreed to pay €30m (£26.3m) plus add-ons for the 19-year-old, who will join the club in the summer.

The France U21 international now looks set to become Chelsea’s seventh signing in the January transfer window, joining Badia Shearer, Fofana, Felix, Santos, Mudrick and Madou
Eck.

Chelsea see Gusteau as a back-up for regular right-winger/right-back Reece James, who has suffered two knee injuries this season.

Gusto has played 15 times for Lyon this season, including 1 assist.
