According to FIFA’s regulations on player registration and transfer, the winter window registration transfer time for professional players in the 2022/23 season is determined to be between January 12, 2023 and February 8, 2023, up to 28 days.

However, due to the earthquake disaster in our country, the whole country mourned, and 10 provinces entered a state of emergency.
Our Football Association submitted a formal application to FIFA on February 6, 2023 to extend our transfer window to avoid negative impacts in player transfers.
After talks, FIFA has verbally agreed to extend the transfer window by 10 days and is expected to complete the written approval process.
