Italian media: Rome will compete with AC Milan for Flatesi, hoping to sign him on loan plus a forced buyout

According to the Italian Sportmediaset, Roma have not given up the battle for Sasolo midfielder Flatesi, their competitor is AC Milan.
AC Milan have been following Flatesi for a year, but Sasolo asked for a transfer fee of 40 million euros, which AC Milan could not satisfy.
Now AC Milan want to use the prize money they got in the group stage of the Champions League to bring in Flatesi, but Roma have a clear advantage and they want to sign Flatesi with a loan fee of 10 million euros and a forced buyout next summer.
