London Football: Chelsea Football Club is ready to sign Enzo at a record transfer price

According to reports from the London Football Network on December 29, Chelsea have told Benfica that they are ready to sign young Argentine midfielder Enzo Fernandez at a record transfer price.
Although Enzo has played only 24 games for the team since Xia joined Benfica, he has gradually proved his ability, and his excellent performance in the World Cup in Qatar helped him win the award of the best young player in the game.
Chelsea have contacted Benfica to tell the Portuguese giants that they are willing to match the £105 million penalty in Enzo’s current contract, but the Blues want to pay the transfer fee in installments rather than a lump sum, which could be a disagreement between the two sides. Enzo’s agent Mendes is not actively promoting the transfer and the two sides have not reached a final transfer agreement.
The midfield has always been the position that Burley and holding boss Behdad Eghbali want to upgrade completely. Chelsea are currently targeting England duo Condoleezza Rice and Bellingham in midfield, while they have signed Brazil’s da Gama’s 18-year-old midfielder Santos, but it has not been officially announced.
