Romano: Chelsea and Benfica have not arranged a new meeting after Enzo’s negotiations broke down

No new meetings are scheduled.
Earlier, according to TyC reporters, Enzo’s transfer negotiations had broken down.
And Romano said that Benfica chairman Rui Costa has always said that he must either pay a liquidated damages of 120 million euros or Enzo stay in the team.
Chelsea have been discussing the transfer fee with Benfica, and then made an offer of 85 million euros, but ultimately failed to complete the transaction.
